Programme
Shape themes, guests, dates and the publishing sequence around the project mission.
03 / Project leadership · Completed
Coordinating a climate and carbon-markets media project across strategy, guests, production and six publishing channels.
The brief
The Carbon Exposure Project used podcasts, articles and short-form media to make carbon-market conversations more accessible. The work behind each release crossed guest coordination, research, editing, publishing and audience development.
As Project Director, I coordinated the moving parts: planning the programme, managing contributors, keeping production on schedule and helping the same core material travel coherently across channels.
