The brief
Build the operating layer around expert-led conversations.
René Velasquez founded and hosted the Carbon Exposure Project to create thoughtful, long-form dialogue with people shaping carbon markets. Olaf Verweij contributed as producer and content creator.
I served as Project Director from September 2023 to March 2024. My contribution focused on the publishing operation around the interviews: release planning, social copy, editor and contributor coordination, six-channel distribution, performance dashboards and delivery around the COP28 UAE series.
