The problem

Useful context arrives everywhere, but rarely stays connected.

A message becomes a task. A screenshot contains an address. A saved link explains a decision. A voice note holds a promise that needs to be followed up. Each item is useful, but the connection between them is usually lost.

LifeOS is being designed as one private layer for capture, retrieval and action. The aim is not to automate every decision; it is to preserve enough context for the next decision to be easier and more deliberate.

Foundation scope

The capture foundation is working; the intelligence layer comes next.

01

Inbox capture

A working capture path for recording loose thoughts and tasks before context disappears.

02

WhatsApp import

A working import path for bringing useful conversations into the same private workspace.

03

Image understanding

The current foundation extracts text and QR codes from saved images.

04

Link metadata

The current foundation preserves the title, source and useful context behind a shared URL.

Current work

Making the interface calmer before making the agent more powerful.

The current phase is focused on the UX foundation: clear capture, understandable organisation and a trustworthy path from suggestion to action.

Sensitive actions will require explicit approval. The system should explain what it is about to do, preserve the source context and make rollback possible.
